REFUNDS

Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.

If the product is defective or damaged you can return  items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt. Once your product has arrived you need to send a photo to confirm you received it and sent it to this address: refund@mylinne.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).

We provide a full refund to your original payment method.

We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.

We encourage customers to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND DAMAGE

If you received a defective product you must send product images to proof and show us the defect by sending email to refund@mylinne.com. Our team will take care of your refund as soon as possible.

If noticed you order was damaged by courier we do not have anymore responsibility for this and you have to contact you national courier.

As well we do not have any responsibility for damage caused after delivery or misuse of the product and so we cannot refund it.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at info@mylinne.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
