This thing changed my life as my belly started to expand. It takes pressure off of the back and if you are carrying very low and forward like I am, it will take a lot of the pressure off of your lower abdomen as well. I wear it often when I am going for walks or I'm going to be on my feet for a while and it's been so helpful. It does get a little uncomfortable if you have been wearing it all day, especially if it's being worn right against your skin, but it's 100% worth it for the relief. I highly recommend this!

Bought this because I was really struggling with back pain in her third trimester. It took a lot of weight of my back and definitely helped with my back pain. It’s surprisingly effective. So worth it!

I've been going to the chiropractor every week for the last 4 weeks and had 2 massages. Nothing was helping my back and I'm only 17 weeks with my 3rd child. I've a very hypolordotic curve so pregnancy really strains my back. Within 20 minutes of wearing the support belt my back pain was almost gone. Wore it all day at work today and took it off when I got home, within 15 minutes of taking it off my pain was back.... looks like I know what my everyday best friend will be for the next few months!!

I am so glad I bought this! We are in the middle of a move and I am 30 weeks dealing with pelvic pain. This helps immensely to tide me over until I can get to the chiropractor. It makes me feel a lot more supported and I can actually get stuff done! Very very happy!!

I had mixed emotions and I was skeptical about pregnancy belt. But, it is WORTH BUYING! It fits perfectly offers extra support and eased the pain in my back from scoliosis and my belly pulling my spine forward more. It is also not visible at all under clothing. I am only 20 weeks but this will be helpful my entire pregnancy.

I absolutely love this maternity band. At 28 weeks, I started having very uncomfortable back and hip pain so I purchased this. It helps so much. I am actually able to be on my feet, taking care of the things I need to without problems. I've gotten bigger as the weeks have gone by and notice a HUGE difference when I wear this band and I don't. If I don't, I'm in pain within an hour of getting out of bed. As soon as I take the band off at night, I can feel my hips/back stretch into the pain I would have been in if I hadn't worn the band. I love this thing!

I started having middle back pain and some sciatica around week 22. I'm not that big yet but still I was having pain. I felt a little silly getting a pregnancy belt, but now I am SO glad that I got it. This one is not too thick so I can wear it under clothes and it's not hugely noticeable. It's very easy to adjust the size, and since I started wearing it, my back pain and sciatica have decreased significantly. I just wear it for 3-4 hours during the day when I'm on my feet at work. Also, if I am going to be sitting at my desk for a long time then I wear it, and it helps a lot.

I noticed a decrease in lower back pain while working all day on my feet. I’m 6 months presently, will be able to use until I’m readily to deliver. I’ve worn it for at least 8 hours with no issues.

I bought this to help with the lower back pain while working a 8-10hr shift. It does the job but is not very comfortable to wear all day, is great if you want to use it for a short period of time.
